Moreover, you're bound to read very carefully and be aware about the below shown rules, any Admin/Moderator advice in Announcement and through other sections.
Will not constitute, either at whole or partially, any excuse about the not awaring or ignorance of the above stated rules, as well as any advice in the Announcements section and/or through the forum.
Their disregard, may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned or other actions at any extension, fitting the gravity of inobservance itself. Your IP address and all yours posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.

1.0 OFFENSIVE POST AND UNLAWS
Don't post any abusive, racialist, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other materials that may violate any applicable laws.
In the same contest, you're forbidden to publish any sensible information about telecom and electronic transactions frauds, i.e. how to clone cards, as they're crimes in most of countries.
2.0 UNUSEFUL POSTS AND FILES
While "thanks", "me too's" are strongly unwanted here on NEWCSSA.NET, as they make unreadable forum contents, you may manifest your gratitude using PM (Private Message) or "Donate" points to the poster. Do not upload useless files.
3.0 UNWANTED TOPICS/POST
Off-topic, hammering, spamming and cross posts are strongly unwanted. They're an useless load of NEWCSSA.NET forum areas.
4.0 SERVICES MISUSE/ABUSE
Don't abuse or misuse of those particular services NEWCSSA.NET make available to improve the forum service itself. In particular, the "Report this post to a moderator" must be used only in cases of violating contents posts.
Similarly, don't attach files greater than 2MB per application, unless different specifications are given in future amendment. As well as, don't attach longer documents in PM (Private Message), due to small capability of the quota disk used for this purposes.
5.0 PM - PRIVATE MESSAGE
The use of PM is strongly recommended, indeed encouraged. Use it for any communication, advise, request not strictly related to the topics threads. Use it to ask ftp links posters cannot or wouldn't make publics for security reasons. Clean your PM boxes on a regular basis.
6.0 TRADE MARK PROTECTION AND UNLEGALS POSTS
Trade Marks are all the Software Houses and Legal Owners of programs applications. Only Trade Marks have the right to copy and distribute freely their applications. On NEWCSSA.NET Forum areas are strictly forbidden and will be considered illegal activities all the posts including or attaching:
1. Cracks and/or Patches
2. Licenses
3. Keys and/or Keys generators
4. Serial numbers
5. Links to full packages
6. And all what not above listed maybe used to make full working Trade Marks applications.
